Jill leads the outstanding team who are passion about housing at BC Non-Profit Housing Association. As part of her work, Jill led the development of the Canadian Rental Housing Index and working alongside key partners, she also helped develop the Rental Protection Fund, a new $500 million initiative enabling non-profits to purchase rental buildings and secure their affordability in perpetuity. As an involved community member, Jill serves on numerous boards and has a Master of Arts in Planning from UBC.
