Community Housing Coverage (CHC) is BC Non-Profit Housing Association’s (BCNPHA) sector-led insurance program.
CHC is an administrative entity, wholly owned by BCNPHA, created to provide exclusive property insurance services and expertise to non-profit housing providers in BC.
CHC is backed by a diverse board comprised of BCNPHA members, insurance experts, and legal professionals who will evaluate the next steps for the program based on claims performance, potentially adjusting limits, offering grants, or lowering premiums.
