William brings his experience as CEO of Brightside Community Homes Foundation, an organization dedicated to making housing accessible for those who struggle to meet the demands of market housing in Vancouver. As a long-time executive at Vancity, William held many senior leadership positions at the credit union, gaining valuable experience in all facets of the business.
William is the former Chair of Modo and the Vancity Community Foundation. Starting his career as an independent filmmaker, William went on to write a book, Everything I Learned About Leadership I Learned From Filmmaking, focusing on the leadership lessons gained from the dozen years he spent making films.
