Chief Executive Officer - YWCA Metro Vancouver

Erin is a dedicated leader in public and community service, bringing over 20 years of experience in governance, strategic planning, communications, policy analysis, and stakeholder relations. As CEO of YWCA Metro Vancouver—one of BC’s largest multi-service charities—she oversees 75 programs operating across more than 180 locations, supporting women, families, and allies through housing, violence prevention, employment and skills training, youth mentorship, and early childhood education.

Before joining YWCA, Erin served as Senior Vice President of BC Financial Services Authority and CEO of the Real Estate Council of BC, where she was responsible for consumer protection in the financial services sector and regulatory oversight of real estate professionals.

She holds a BA in Political Science and Hispanic Studies from the University of Victoria and an MA in International Studies from Simon Fraser University. A committed community volunteer, Erin is a Past President of the Board of Directors for Little Mountain Neighbourhood House, a Vancouver-based organization serving children, youth, and seniors.
