Frank’s over 20 years of experience in various senior executive roles in corporate finance including but not limited to with BC Financial Services Authority, CEO of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation, and at the national level as the Chair of the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators is an asset to Community Housing Coverage. Specializing in risk management, financial management, governance, and regulatory compliance, Frank also oversees a self-insurance program that provides crime insurance fidelity bonding for the credit union sector.
Frank is also a community leader, serving as Board Chair for both the Vancouver Police Board, and the Brightside Community Homes Foundation. He has also taught business courses with the Insurance Institute of Canada and Langara College. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration, a Chartered Insurance Professional designation and is a PhD student (Finance) at Bayes Business School with City, University of London.
